Laser 247 withdrawal: from request to bank credit
You ask in the chat, the desk checks your balance and your receiving account, and the money goes out by UPI or bank transfer. Here is what the desk looks at and what you can do when a payout is slow.
Written by the Lorvano desk. Last checked . 16 min read.

You've had a decent evening on the cricket and you want some of it in your bank. On Laser 247 that happens in the same WhatsApp chat that opened your ID. You type a request, the Lorvano desk checks a few things, and the money goes out by UPI or bank transfer to an account in your name. There's no cashier page to fill in and no form on this site.
This chapter covers what the desk looks at before it pays, why one payout lands quickly and the next one drags, and what to do when one stalls. If you're still waiting on your ID, start with how the desk opens a Laser 247 ID and come back here later.
The desk never asks for your password or an OTP, during a withdrawal or at any other time. Keep that in mind through every step below.
Requesting a withdrawal in the chat
Open the chat from the number you saved when the desk first replied to you. Your Laser247 ID is tied to your mobile number, and a request that arrives from that number in that thread is the easiest one for the desk to act on. A request from a new number, or from a contact you found somewhere else, starts with the desk trying to work out who you are.
Write the whole request in one message. The desk reads it, checks it against your ID, and replies. If the details arrive in pieces spread over a while, someone has to stitch them together, and that's where mistakes creep in.
- Your ID username, typed exactly as it appears when you log in.
- The amount you want to withdraw.
- The route you want: UPI or bank transfer.
- The receiving details. For UPI, the UPI ID. For a bank transfer, the account holder name, account number and IFSC, copied from your banking app so nothing gets mistyped.
- Anything that has changed since your last withdrawal, such as a new account or a new phone.
A request that needs no follow-up. "Hi, withdrawal please. ID: your username. Amount: the figure you want. Route: UPI. UPI ID: the handle shown in your UPI app, in my own name. Nothing has changed since last time." The desk can act on that straight away. Compare it with "bhai withdraw karna hai", which is friendly enough but leaves the desk with a round of questions before it can do anything.
Then wait for the desk to answer. Before any money moves, it looks at your balance inside the ID and works out how much is free and how much is tied up in open bets. It compares the receiving account name with the name on your ID. Then it reads your receiving details back to you so you can confirm them.
Read that confirmation carefully. A wrong digit in an account number is easy to type and slow to undo. If something's off, say so in your next message and the desk will correct it before sending.
Once the payment goes out, the desk tells you in the chat. Your balance in the ID drops by the withdrawn amount, and the credit shows up in your bank or UPI app once the transfer clears on the banking side. How long that takes depends on the route and the bank, and the desk will tell you what to expect for your request.
The desk confirms the current minimum and any other limits in the chat when you ask. Those figures change, so they aren't printed in this workbook. Ask before you send a small request rather than after.
If you can't get into your ID to check your balance first, sort the login out before you ask for money. The Laser 247 login chapter covers password changes and the usual lockouts.
Name match rule
The receiving account should be in the same name as the person the Laser 247 ID belongs to. On the payouts we have seen, this catches people more often than anything else on this page.
The habit. Ask for payouts only to a bank account or UPI ID held in your own name, matching the name you gave when the ID was opened. A parent's account, a spouse's account, a friend's account and a shop's account are the kind the desk asks questions about, so check in the chat before you name one.
The rule is there to protect you. Your ID holds money. If somebody ever got your username and password, the first thing they'd try is withdrawing that balance to an account they control. When payouts go to an account in your name, a stolen login is far less useful to a thief. It also keeps your own bank from seeing payments arrive from a source that doesn't match you, which can trigger questions you'd rather not answer.
Most mismatches are innocent. Banks print names differently. One shows your full name, another shows an initial and a surname, and some put the surname first. The desk knows this and isn't looking for a letter-perfect match. It's checking that the account is plainly yours.
When the names don't line up at a glance, the desk may ask you to send a screenshot of the screen in your banking or UPI app that shows the account holder name. It never needs your login for the bank, your UPI PIN, a card number or an OTP. If anyone in a chat asks for those, you aren't talking to the desk. The safety chapter on cloned numbers and fake chats shows what that usually looks like.
Name changes are the other common snag. If your surname changed after marriage, or your bank updated the spelling on its records, the name on the account may no longer match the name you gave when the ID was opened. Tell the desk in the chat before you request a payout, explain what changed, and send the account holder screen from your banking app. Ask the desk to update its note against your ID so the same question doesn't come up every time.
Joint accounts and business accounts
A joint account where you're one of the named holders is a different case from someone else's account. Ask the desk before you request a payout to one, and expect the name check to look for your name on it. A business or current account in a company name is a harder fit, because the company isn't the person on the ID. Use a personal account.
Changing your receiving account
You can switch accounts. Tell the desk first, in its own message, and let it run the name check on the new account before you ask for money. If you change the account inside the same message as a large withdrawal request, a quick payout usually turns into a slow one. The desk has to take more care with an account it hasn't seen before, and it would rather do that before the request than in the middle of it.
The same thinking applies to deposits. The deposit methods chapter explains why paying in from your own account makes withdrawals smoother later.
What delays a withdrawal
Most withdrawals go through without fuss. The ones that drag usually have one of a short list of causes, and you can fix almost all of them from your side of the chat.

| Cause | What you notice | What sorts it out |
|---|---|---|
| Open bets | Your free balance is lower than the balance you expected | Wait for markets to settle, or withdraw only the free part now |
| Name mismatch | The desk asks for the account holder screen | Send the screenshot, or switch to an account in your name |
| New account | An extra check before the desk sends | Register the account with the desk before you ask for money |
| Typo in details | The payment bounces back or never arrives | Copy details straight from your banking app, never from memory |
| Busy chat | Replies take longer than usual | Send one complete message and wait your turn |
| Bank side | The desk has sent, but your app shows nothing yet | Ask for the transaction reference and check your statement |
Open bets cause more confusion than anything else on the list. On an exchange, money that backs your open positions stays held until those markets settle. A lay bet holds its full liability. A session bet in a cricket match holds its stake until that session is decided. You might see one balance on the home screen and still find that the amount you can take out is smaller. The cricket markets chapter explains when each kind of market settles.
Typos are the most avoidable cause on the list. A UPI handle with one wrong letter can point at a stranger's account or at nothing at all. An account number copied by hand from an old passbook is a similar risk. Copy and paste from your banking app every time, even if you've withdrawn to the same account before and feel sure you know the details.
Timing matters as well. On a big match day the chat fills up with deposits, new IDs and login questions all at once, and a person still checks every withdrawal. Asking during a quiet stretch tends to get a quicker answer than asking at the toss.
A withdrawal can also wait if a recent deposit hasn't been matched to your ID yet. If you paid in shortly before asking to pay out, the desk may want that deposit confirmed first. Sending the deposit reference with your request saves a round of messages.
Sometimes the desk has sent the payment and your bank simply hasn't shown it. App notifications can lag behind the actual statement. Check the statement itself before you assume the money is lost, and if it's still missing, follow the escalation steps further down this page.
If yours is slow, the cause is usually in the table above, and the desk tells you which one in the chat when you ask.
Partial withdrawals
You don't have to empty your ID to withdraw. Ask for the amount you want and the rest stays in your Laser247 balance for the next match. Plenty of players do exactly that: take out a portion after a good session, leave a small playing balance, and stop there.
What you can withdraw is your free balance, meaning everything not held against open bets. Here's how that works with a lay bet, using made-up prices and stakes.
Worked example, illustrative figures only. Your ID shows a balance of 10,000. Earlier you laid a team at a price of 2.50 for a stake of 2,000. A lay bet's liability is the stake multiplied by the price minus one, so 2,000 × 1.50 = 3,000. That 3,000 is held until the market settles, which leaves a free balance of 10,000 − 3,000 = 7,000. That's the most the desk can pay out right now. If the team loses, your lay wins, the hold is released and the backer's 2,000 stake is added, so your balance becomes 12,000. If the team wins, the 3,000 goes to the backer and your balance settles at 7,000.
If the arithmetic is new to you, how Laser 247 odds work walks through back and lay liability with more examples.
Live casino tables follow the same logic. A hand in progress at teen patti or andar bahar holds your stake until the round ends, so a request sent mid-round will see a slightly smaller free balance than you might expect. Finish the round, then ask.
These habits make partial withdrawals painless:
- Decide the amount before the match starts, while you're calm, and stick to it after.
- Ask once for the full amount you want rather than several times for small amounts. Each request gets its own check, so a string of small ones waits longer in total.
- If you want a bigger free balance, let positions you don't need settle before you send the request.
- Leave the playing balance at a level you'd be fine losing. The responsible gaming page has more on setting that line.
Ask the desk in the chat if anything differs for a partial request. On the requests we have seen, it gets the same name check and the same read-back of your details as a full one.
If you want to step away for a while, you can also ask to withdraw everything and leave the ID at zero. Ask the desk in the chat how the ID is kept while it sits at zero.
Withdrawal after a bonus
Read this before you accept a bonus, because afterwards it's harder to change course.
If the desk offers you a bonus or any promotional credit, it may come with conditions. A common type says some amount of betting has to happen before winnings linked to the bonus can leave your ID. Another type limits which markets count. The details vary by offer and can change, so the desk confirms the terms in the chat at the time it makes the offer. Nothing in this workbook should be read as a promise about a particular bonus.
You control how much you know before you say yes. Ask these questions in the chat, and keep the answers.
- What has to happen before I can withdraw winnings from this bonus?
- Does the bonus affect money I deposited myself, or only the bonus credit?
- Which markets and casino tables count towards the conditions?
- What happens to the bonus if I ask for a withdrawal before the conditions are met?
Push for a clear answer to the second question. Some players find out too late that accepting a bonus put conditions on their whole balance, including money they deposited. For others the conditions only touched the bonus credit. The desk can tell you which applies to the offer in front of you. Get it in writing in the chat, so you have something to point to later if there's any doubt.
You can also decline. A balance with no bonus attached is the simplest kind to withdraw from, and many regular players turn offers down for exactly that reason. If you've already accepted one and want out, ask the desk what giving it up would mean for your balance before you request a payout.
Chasing bonus conditions can also stretch your play far past what you planned. If you notice you're betting mainly to clear a condition, stop and look at the responsible gaming page again. Laser 247 is for adults only, 18+, and you should play only where your state's law allows it.
When a withdrawal request runs into an unmet bonus condition, the desk says so in the chat and explains what's outstanding. If the amount you receive looks different from what you asked for, ask why in the same thread.
Keeping a record
Every withdrawal leaves a trail. Most of it already sits in your phone, so the job is mostly not deleting it.
Start with the chat. Your request, the desk's read-back of your details and its message saying the payment has gone out make up the clearest record you'll have. Don't clear that thread, and don't delete the chat when you tidy your phone. If you change phones, back the chat up first so the history comes with you.
When the money arrives, your bank or UPI app shows a transaction reference. For a bank transfer it's often labelled UTR. Take a screenshot of that entry, or note the reference somewhere you'll find it again. If a payout is ever questioned, the desk and your bank both trace it from that reference.
Then the ID itself. Before you send a request, grab a quick screenshot of your balance and open bets. After the payout, the account statement inside the ID shows the withdrawal as a line item. Comparing the two takes moments and catches mistakes early.
| Record | Where it lives | Why keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Request | The desk chat | Shows what you asked for and when |
| Read-back | The desk chat | Shows the details you confirmed |
| Sent message | The desk chat | Shows the desk paid, with any reference it gave |
| Bank reference | Your bank or UPI app | Proves the money arrived, or lets the bank trace it |
| Balance shot | Your phone gallery | Shows what was in the ID before the request |
Some players keep a short note on their phone as well, a line for each withdrawal with the date, the amount, the route and the reference. It's dull, but if you withdraw often it makes the history easy to scan. Keep the same kind of note for deposits and you'll know where you stand overall, which is harder to judge than most people expect.
The same records show you how your play is going. You can see how often you withdraw, how often you top up, and if the gap between the two is growing. If deposits keep outrunning withdrawals, the note on your phone will show it before your memory does.
When to escalate and how
A slow payout and a stuck payout look the same for a while. Give it the time the desk told you to expect, and if the desk didn't give a time, ask for one. Escalating before that mostly adds noise to a busy chat.
Once the time has passed and nothing has arrived, work through this in order.
- Check your bank statement itself, not just the app notifications, which can lag.
- Reply in the same chat thread, quoting your original request so the desk sees the whole history in one place.
- Include your ID username, the amount, the route and the receiving details again.
- If the desk has already said it sent the payment, ask for the transaction reference.
- Take that reference to your bank and ask them to trace it. Report what they say back in the same thread.
- If the chat stays silent, reach the desk through the contact page and mention the date of your request.
Send one complete follow-up, then wait. A burst of short messages pushes your thread down the queue and makes the history harder to read, while a single message with everything in it gets dealt with faster.
Before you worry, make sure you're messaging the number you saved when you got your ID. Cloned numbers that copy the desk's name and picture do exist, and a player chasing a payout is exactly who they look for. The real desk will never ask you to send money first to release a withdrawal. It never asks for an OTP or a password, and it won't move you to a new number in the middle of a request without a reason you can check. If any of that happens, stop replying and read the safety chapter before you do anything else.
If a payout goes wrong, tell the desk in the chat, and it tells you there what it can do from its side, including help with a trace at the bank. Either way, the trace starts from the records in the section above.
If you're still deciding whether this desk suits you, choosing a Laser 247 desk lists what a good desk does around payouts and the warning signs worth knowing. You can also read about the Lorvano desk to see how it runs.
Ask the desk for a withdrawal
Message the desk on WhatsApp from your saved chat with your ID username, the amount and receiving details in your own name. The desk never asks for a password or OTP. 18+ only.
Message the deskQuestions players ask
How do I request a Laser 247 withdrawal?
Send a message to the Lorvano desk on the same WhatsApp chat you used to get your ID. Give your ID username, the amount you want, and the route you want, UPI or bank transfer, with the receiving details. The desk checks your balance and open bets, reads the details back to you, and then sends the payment. There is no withdrawal form on this site.
Can I withdraw to a family member or a friend?
It is better not to. Payouts belong in an account held in the same name as the person the ID is registered to, and the desk tells you in the chat what it checks, including for a spouse, parent or sibling. Keeping payouts in your own name also makes a stolen login far less useful. If you want the money to reach someone else, receive it yourself first and pass it on from your own bank.
Why does the desk ask for the account holder name?
The name check is how the desk confirms the money is going to you. It may ask you to send a screenshot of the screen in your banking or UPI app that shows the account holder name. The desk never asks for your password, your PIN or an OTP, and you should not send any of them to anyone who asks.
What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
The desk confirms the current figure in the chat when you ask. It can change, so it is not printed in this workbook. If you are planning a small withdrawal, ask before you send the request so you are not left waiting on an amount that cannot be processed. The same message can confirm which payment routes are open at that moment.
How long does a Laser 247 withdrawal take?
The desk tells you what to expect when it confirms your request, because the answer depends on the route, the bank and how busy the chat is. Requests with clear details, a matching name and no open bets move fastest. A new receiving account, a busy match day or a hold at the bank can slow things down, so ask for a time if none is given.
Why can I not withdraw my full balance?
Part of your balance is probably held against open bets. On an exchange, a lay bet or an unsettled session bet ties up its liability until the market settles, and that held amount cannot be paid out. Once the bets settle, the money returns to your free balance. You can withdraw the free part now and ask for the rest after settlement.
Can I withdraw only part of my winnings?
Yes. Tell the desk the amount you want and the rest stays in your ID for later play. Many players take out a set portion after a good session and leave a small playing balance. Each request is checked on its own, so a single larger request usually moves faster than several small ones sent close together.
Can I withdraw money that came from a bonus?
It depends on the terms attached to that bonus, and the desk confirms those terms in the chat before you accept it. Some offers carry conditions that must be met before winnings from them can be withdrawn. Ask what those conditions are, keep the answer in your chat history, and decline the offer if you would rather keep your balance free of conditions.
Can I change the bank account I withdraw to?
Yes, but tell the desk before you request the payout, in a separate message. A new receiving account gets the name check again, and the desk may ask for the account holder screen from your banking app. Keep the new account in your own name. Changing details at the last minute is one of the most common reasons a payout slows down.
What should I keep as a record of each withdrawal?
Keep the chat thread, the message where the desk confirmed it sent the payment, and the transaction reference from your bank or UPI app when the money arrives. A screenshot of your ID balance just before the request also helps. Do not clear the chat. If a payout is ever questioned, these records let the desk trace it quickly instead of starting from nothing.
The desk says it sent the money but I cannot see it. What now?
Ask the desk for the transaction reference and check it against your bank statement, since app notifications can lag. If your bank still shows nothing, give the reference to your bank and ask them to trace it. Tell the desk what the bank said in the same thread so both sides are working from the same facts.
Someone asked me to pay a fee to release my withdrawal. Is that the desk?
Treat it as a scam and stop replying. The Lorvano desk does not ask you to send money to release a payout, and it never asks for a password or OTP. Check that you are talking to the number you saved when you got your ID, and read the safety chapter on cloned numbers. Then message the desk from your saved chat to report it.
Can I withdraw from a different phone number?
Your ID is tied to the mobile number you registered with, so withdrawal requests should come from that same number. Expect the desk to ask more questions before it acts on a request from an unknown number. If you have changed your number, tell the desk from the old number if you still can, and ask the desk in the chat what it needs to confirm the change.
When should I escalate a delayed withdrawal?
Escalate once the time the desk gave you has passed and your bank shows nothing. Reply in the same thread, quote your original request, and add your ID username and receiving details. Send one clear follow-up rather than many short messages. If the chat stays silent, use the contact page to reach the desk another way and mention the date of your request.
